By applying for any position with OES Healthcare, we understand that you are seeking a permanent position in the UK and are delighted to assist you with this. OES will be acting on your behalf as a nursing agency and will be looking for a permanent position for you.

Job/ Company Details

Your Details Once you have completed your application, your CV and details will be reviewed for suitability. Should you be successful and your application progresses to the next stage, we are required by law under the Employment Agencies Act 2003 to obtain further information from you. To find you a permanent position, we are required to confirm your details by requesting copies of your relevant certificates and identity (e.g. Passport/ Driving Licence). We are also obliged to confirm your registration details with the relevant body (e.g. Nursing and Midwifery Council or the Health Professions Council). Upon employment being offered to and accepted by you, OES Healthcare will collect and collate references from your previous employment. As such you will need to provide details of at least two referees in due course, in order for this to be completed. All information disclosed by you will be held under the strictest confidentiality at all times and will only ever be shared with the client for which it is intended. Job/ Company Details

Once short listed, we will provide you details of the employer, including the proposed start date and the minimum length of the contract (normally 12 months). You will normally be required to work 150 hours per month, allocated on an internal rotation base by the employer, at the employer’s place of work. Your new employer will inform you of any health and safety issues.

Your salary level will depend on your knowledge, skills and experience and will be fixed by your employer. You will normally be expected to give one week’s notice in the first 3 months and one month’s notice thereafter.

Cost

There is absolutely no charge payable to OES Healthcare for the use of any of our services. At no point are you required to pay any fee to OES, and at no point will OES request you to pay any fee. Any expenses incurred are not automatically reimbursed, and should be generally assumed that reimbursement is not offered by the client unless otherwise stated. Expenses, if offered, will be paid for by the client, of which OES will assist with the arrangements of if required.
