Job Detail: Nursing – OPD Clinic Managers x 3

The role holders will be responsible for:
Providing and coordinating direct patient care activities and liaising with Physician Coordinator and Paramedical staff.
Operational accountability for staff schedules that support the physician practice, registration quality, cash collections and insurance accountability, clinical quality, performance improvement and patient service excellence.
Developing the practice, conducting competency assessments for staff in conjunction with the Director, Clinic Operations.
   
Qualifications Required:
•    Management Diploma / Degree
•    Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
•    UK NMC Registered Nurse (RN)
•    Knowledge of JCIA Standards.
   
Experience Required:
•    At least 2 years’ experience in a management capacity in a clinic or similar setting preferably in area of required expertise.
•    At least 3 to 5 years of postgraduate nursing experience.
•    Evidence of Continuing Professional Development / Education.
