We have three positions for Business Branch Managers based in Farnborough, Peterborough and Cambridge. Our associates are seeking all-round management candidates with a sound knowledge of the recruitment process and with experience in recruiting Nurses and Carers. Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance processes will be an advantage.
Ideally, the role holder will have business development skills and understand sales management, having experience of Service Level Agreements and working to KPIs.
Role holders will ensure the branch runs smoothly, remains compliant with regulatory bodies and achieves financial targets, through sound management practices, staff development & training, new business sales, marketing, presentations etc.
Salary up to £30,000 plus bonus, depending upon branch performance.
