Job Detail: We are working with a fantastic employer located in Guernsey that is currently seeking applicants for the role of Surgical Staff Nurse.  The Surgical Unit comprises 3 Wards and a Critical Care Unit and is approved for teaching, so you will have the opportunity to further develop your supervisory, assessment and managerial skills.

Salary/ Benefits

•   Salary range: £22,000 - £27,500
•   A bonus of £1000 is payable after one year of service 
•   A bonus of £3500 is payable after two years of service 
•   A further bonus of £750+ is payable every February

Requirements

•   Valid UK NMC Registration
•   Experience as a Band 5 Staff Nurse 
•   Recent Surgical or Critical Care experience working in a UK acute hospital (Minimum 1 year)
•   Evidence of self and professional development
•   A1 Assessors Course and/or Approved Mentorship Course at Level 2
•   Experience of co-ordinating ward activities would be an advantage
•   Single accommodation subsidy or a 5 year housing licence is available with this post
